Welcome to AGAP — the AI Governance & Architecture Platform. This guide walks you through the recommended onboarding workflow so you can start governing your AI ecosystem right away.

Default Login Credentials

For local deployments, a super admin account is pre-configured:

  • Email: admin@agap.local
  • Password: Admin123!

Recommended Onboarding Workflow

  1. Login with the super admin credentials above to access the platform.
  2. Explore the Taxonomy section to understand the classification domains used across the platform (e.g., risk categories, AI types, deployment models).
  3. Register AI Platforms in the Platform Catalog — add the technology platforms your organization uses (e.g., OpenAI, Databricks, custom ML infrastructure).
  4. Add Agents and link them to their respective platforms. Configure agent types, risk ratings, and classifications.
  5. Define Use Cases and assign agents to them. Set risk levels and business ownership for each use case.
  6. Run Governance Assessments through checkgate workflows to evaluate compliance and readiness of your AI deployments.
